A public challenge

This short was made for the Rokoko TV 2024 challenge and thus limited to 7 seconds at 24 FPS

The theme was : a jury watches an intergalactic TV and changing channel every few seconds; akin to what was done in Rick & Morty

My entry is, a parody of the Halo TV show where the Master Chief’s shoots boxing gloves instead of bullets

Analysis

Self critique

The Master Chief animation during the first shot isn’t the best. The running animation for the grunts on both the foreground and background is not good. The grunts often have their feet disconnected from the ground. The materials for the ground is not believable

Overall a good short. 7/10

How did it do ?

Not good at all ! It did not make top 100 and thus was eliminated in pre-selection; and didn’t get judged by the jury
